Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

My dad and I installed this in about half a day. The instructions were actually pretty straightforward we watched the videos on the site as well super helpful. The product was packaged beautifully, they did not skimp. The door itself is heavy, very good quality, and beautiful. Time will tell about longevity and quality of hinges and weather stripping. Im really impressed with it so far!

We got a bifold window for our kitchen remodel after our initial window (ordered from Home Depot) was broken during delivery. The window was holding up the entire remodel so I was looking for an interesting window I could get quickly. This was such a great experience! Fast delivery, quick responses, and a FANTASTIC product. Customer service was great, but the window frame has too much vinyl around it. The actual glass area is very small with a super thick frame. Also the hardware is big and bulky. Wouldn't buy again.
